Fresh ingredients
All orders, including candy orders, are made to order to ensure the freshest ingredients are used and to extend the shelf life of all products. All Chocolates are made with Ghirardelli Chocolate. I will continue to stand behind and use Ghirardelli, but am very excited to introduce a line of products using Callebaut - Crafted and Imported from Belgian using whole beans. Sometimes you just need that EXTRA Special Chocolate for that EXTRA Special Person!
Traditional recipes
The special time together in the kitchen with both of my Grandmothers' Eleanor & Waverly (Pictured on the left) left a lasting impression on me. My Grandmothers' carefully recorded recipes have always been cherished. I stay true to these recipes that have been handed down and consumed for many generations. I take pride and am satisfied that the treats sold here are all representative of the taste and quality that I grew up with.
